How do I order an Out of Stock item?

You’ve fallen in love with one of our items, but it’s out of stock. Not to worry, you can sign up for a restock with just your email. We’ll notify you when the item is in.

We currently ship throughout the United States as well as to selected international countries including Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Learn more about shipping times and costs here!

You can also pick up items from our warehouse location in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Returns are for store credit or exchange only and no refunds will be issued. If you purchased an item that is marked Final Sale, it is not returnable. Learn how to return an item here.

When you pre-order an item, the item will ship on the expected date listed on the product description. Due to the high volume of pre-order items, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped out! You are able to still order in stock items with pre-order items. The in stock items will ship in our normal estimated shipping time based on the shipping method selected at check out.

You’re dying to get the items that you just ordered, but you received an error message after hitting “Confirm.” Don’t panic and don’t try again (you could get double charged). Reach out to us at 260-444-9147 and we’ll look into it. If you have an order number, have it ready for us!

Right after submitting your order, you should receive an email confirmation that we got it. We’ll also keep you updated on processing and shipping. If you don’t get a confirmation email, reach out to us for help.
